As a renowned 27+ year industry leader, Patric features an extensive background involving silk wraps, precision cutting, and optimizing hair moisture without the height, and enjoys every moment of leveraging that to help others gain the opulent salon experience they deserve to look and feel their best.

Throughout his career, Patric has built a strong inventory of progressive experiences, successes and networks that have led to his current award-winning standing. With this as his base, Patric soon leveraged his innate innovative eye and appreciation for the hair industry as a whole to create a luxury brand derived from a duo team of hair care experts. Overall,
p-element not only features high-end products, that maximize moisture without sacrificing lightness or safety, but was strategically created by Patric himself (a near three-decade vet in the hair business) and a hair care chemist to spearhead hair objectives to new statement-making levels.

To date, Patric has grown an impressive name for himself, ultimately becoming the catalyst for his ever-expanding following as a hair care SME. Part of this succession stems from his rooted passion for instilling positive impacts across world, and the other from his commitment towards ensuring those he supports gain prime product results from an actual expert in the field. Patric named his differentiating products after his client’s attitudes and versatile personalities. He wanted to hone in on those voices to invoke the emotional connection back to those whom he servers. Simultaneously, he wanted to amplify women of colors movement in hair, so curated the silk wrap. Shine element was the first product in the line and he’s continually progressing further with the brad to continually bring excellence to the consumers and professionals that support his vision and offerings.
