Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing courier details and a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
Please note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are not included in the processing or shipping time. Orders will not be processed or shipped on federal holidays.
We aim to meet all delivery timelines; however, during busy periods (including sales and holidays), processing and delivery may take a little longer. We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
