All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with courier details and a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days and are not included in processing times.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are assessed once your package reaches the destination country. P Element Products does not assume responsibility for these charges. All customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid directly to your country’s customs office or courier service before your package can be delivered.

Orders and Returns

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number to the address on file please check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend the tracking details.
If it’s been more than a few days past the estimated delivery date and you’ve confirmed the tracking hasn’t updated, email us at info@pelementproducts.com. We’ll help you start a trace with FedEx.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged: 1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box as soon as you receive it. 2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pelementproducts.com and include your order number and photos. Once we verify the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please note: Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

A: Yellowing can occur from several factors: • Heat styling: Very high temperatures especially with titanium tools can scorch the hair cuticle and create warm tones. • Porosity & build-up: Highly porous hair can soak up minerals from hard water or chlorine, and product or smoke residue can leave a yellow cast. • Natural oxidation: Sun exposure and everyday pollutants can subtly warm the hair over time. To neutralize yellow tones, use our Stay Cool Violet Toning Shampoo. Apply to dry hair, leave the lather on for about eight minutes, then rinse. If you still notice a slight yellow tint, repeat once more this will take care of any remaining yellow.
